Pompanette Payment FAQ’s

We accept the following payment methods: *Credit or debit card (MasterCard, Visa, Amex or Discover) through PayPal (verified, secured & encrypted). *In store purchases at our retail location via check, cash, credit/debit card. *Mail in Check/Money Order, however parts and services will not begin until funds have been cleared, which could cause delays with your order. All customers receive an invoice.

Pompanette ships your marine products safely, quickly and conveniently worldwide via the most trusted shipping carriers such as: UPS, Fed Ex, USPS, and DHL.

Yes, Pompanette ships worldwide to customers around the globe. Shipping charges are calculated and invoiced separately from your original purchase once your international order is ready to ship.

Orders are delivered 1-2 weeks after the advertised production lead time. Production lead times can be found on the product page or you may contact us for current lead times.

A Pompanette team member will email or call you with tracking information.

 Returns Questions

Pompanette Returns FAQ’s

If you’re unsatisfied with your order for any reason, the Pompanette team will do everything possible to correct the situation to your complete satisfaction. However, please be advised and aware of our Return & Exchange policy below:

Please inspect items immediately when received. Read conditions below carefully before inquiring about returns and exchanges.

Returns:

  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee covers the cost of our order processing and restocking process. If you wish to retain store credit, the restocking fee may be waived. Please inquire for details.
  • Items you wish to return MUST be approved prior to your return. Contact us for a RMA# (Return Merchandize Authorization) and specify your reason for return. All return inquiries must be sent to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Approved Returns MUST be sent back to us within 30 days of receiving your RMA#.
  • Returned items must be in brand new condition in original packaging.
  • Shipping, handling, and transaction fees are non-refundable.
  • No returns, cancellations, or refunds are allowed on special order items.
  • Once items have been returned to us, and the condition has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued. Approved refunds are issued within 2-3 days.

Exchanges:

  • Please contact us if inquiring about an exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to second shipping charges unless there was a mistake made on the order. If a mistake was made by Pompanette, we will provide a return shipping label for you to use to make the exchange as seamless as possible.

Please call Pompanette ASAP at 603-826-5791 during our office hours to cancel an order. Do not assume we will see your e-mail in time as we get hundreds of e-mail messages per day. We will make every effort to stop the processing of your order. Depending on the status of your order, an order cancellation fee may be applied, at our discretion.

Your order must be confirmed as cancelled by a Pompanette team member if it has not shipped from our warehouse. Once confirmed, you will be issued a credit or refund minus cancellation fees within 7-10 business days.
