Limited Warranty
To The Original Purchaser
Pompanette LLC. warrants to the original purchaser for the period on one year from the date of delivery to such original purchaser, that all Pompanette LLC products to be free from defects in material and workmanship in accordance with applicable industry standards, and provided the purchaser has used and maintained the products in accordance with standard care practices as recommended with Pompanette LLC.
Any product deemed to be defective or damaged due to neglect, misuse, abuse, or accident will void this warranty. Any altercation made to products will void this warranty.
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ALL OTHER IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face thereof. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
In the event that the product fails to conform with this warranty, Pompanette LLC will repair or replace the non-conforming product. All repairs under this warranty shall be made at the address of Pompanette LLC and must be authorized exclusively by Pompanette LLC personnel in writing. To return a warranty claim the purchaser must obtain a “return goods authorization” number from Pompanette LLC. This return goods authorization can be obtained by writing to Pompanette, LLC at P.O. Box 1200 Charlestown. NH 03603 or by calling 603-826-5791. The purchaser accepts all responsibility for all freight charges and fees to and from Pompanette LLC.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL Pompanette, LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY. Some states do not allow the excusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state. This limited warranty replaces and supersedes all previous warranties.

Important Portlight information
Pompanette LLC. engineers its products to the Highest standards. Portlights are designed and tested to meet the requirements set forth in ISO Standard #12216. This standard defines the physical properties portlights must have to be considered for mounting in various locations on the boat based on category of service the boat is classified to operate in (oceans, coastal, etc.).
Pompanette LLC can not anticipate every application a portlight of its manufacture can encounter, the physical impacts it might see during service, the shape and strength of the hull surface the portlight will be mounted on, the quality of each and every installation, or the affect the portlight cutout(s) might have on overall hull integrity. For these reasons and others, Pompanette LLC does not certify the installation of any opening portlight in what is area 1 as defined by ISO Standard #12216.
